Who We Are
Our Founders' Story
Ken and Demetria Lindsey, founders of A Grace to Grow Ministry, understand that failures are part of life and shape our destiny. Married since 1997, they have four children and five grandchildren. Through personal struggles, they realized love alone wasn’t enough for a thriving marriage—it required knowledge, guidance, and faith. Facing obstacles without relatable mentors led them to establish A Grace to Grow Ministry in 2020, with their desire is to see individuals, marriages, and the family unit developed and healed in the following areas: Faith, Family, Fitness (Self Development), Finances and Future (Vision).
Ken, raised on the Westside of Greenwood, lacked examples of healthy marriages but pursued his vision with prayer and faith. Ordained as a minister in 2011, he has mentored others through prison outreach, mission work, and mentoring programs. Dee’s passion for community outreach began over 20 years ago in Nicaragua, where she engaged in orphanage support, street ministry, and local outreach. Together, they are dedicated to serving God and empowering others.

Our vision is to inspire those who connect with our ministry to dream and equip them with a strategic plan to achieve those dreams. We believe success is attainable for everyone. By nurturing healthy individuals, marriages, and families, we aim to contribute to the creation of a thriving community poised to make a positive impact in the world.
Through your generous contributions, A Grace To Grow Ministry will continue to provide services to our community through elderly care services, youth empowerment, financial literacy, aid to the homeless, community assistance, and our mentoring/coaching program.

Hear It From Our Community
Since starting our budgeting, my husband and I can finally start to see ourselves being debt free one day. Dee has blown us away at her ability to break down all our bills and keep us on track with paying everything while building our savings, paying off credit cards and even putting a little aside for vacation too! We could have never done this on our own and we are forever grateful for this ministry. It’s been an enormous blessing for us!

A Grace to Grow is a ministry that I fully support and believe in. The leadership team strives to be a multifaceted pillar in the community. I witnessed this first hand during the recent catastrophic hurricane. A Grace to Grow was the first on the scenes to provide aid at a senior living facility. Their partnership allowed family members who lived far away to rest assured knowing their loved ones were receiving needed care.
